Reporting To: Coffee Bar Supervisor/Branch Manager

Work Location: Coffee Bar Area only.

SALARY PACKAGE
SAR 2,000 (Basic Salary: SAR 1,700 + Food Allowance: SAR 300) WORK SCHEDULE
9 Hours per Day (8 Working Hours + 1 Hour Break)
6 Days per Week Free Accommodation
Free Transportation
2-Year Contract
No Processing Fee
Placement Fee Equivalent to One (1) Month Basic Salary + 12% VAT (Salary Deduction)

Job Summary:

The Barista is responsible for preparing coffee and serving customer orders from the coffee bar. The role is simple and does not involve kitchen work or food preparation.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare coffee drinks according to the company standards.
• Receive and prepare customer orders from the coffee bar.
• Dispatch orders to customers in a polite and professional way.
• Keep the coffee bar area clean and organized.
• Make sure cups, lids, coffee beans, milk, and other coffee bar items are available.
• Follow hygiene and cleanliness rules at all times.
• Handle coffee machines and tools carefully.
• Inform the supervisor if any machine, tool, or item is not working or missing.
• Support the team during busy hours.
• Maintain a good appearance and positive attitude with customers.

Scope of Work:

• The employee will work only inside the coffee bar area.
• The employee will not work inside the kitchen.
• The employee will not be responsible for cooking or food preparation.

Required Skills:

• Basic coffee preparation skills.
• Good customer service attitude.
• Clean and presentable appearance.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Basic English communication is preferred.
