Position: Senior Ticketing Agent

Salary & Benefits:

• 5,000 SAR

Qualifications:

• Male & Female
• 23 – 40 years old
• Minimum 2–5 years experience in airline ticketing and hotel booking
• Mandatory experience in Amadeus (GDS) airline reservation system
  With pleasing personality
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• English required; Arabic language is an advantage

Job Requirements: 

• 3–5+ years experience in ticketing or customer service within the travel industry
• Expertise in Amadeus GDS for booking and managing travel reservations
• Strong knowledge of airline ticketing procedures, fare rules, and regulations
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and travel assistance
• Book, modify, and issue airline tickets using Amadeus
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with airline and company policies
• Offer professional travel advice and ticketing solutions
• Collaborate with team members to meet service and sales targets
