Job roles and responsibilities:
* Be knowledgeable about the product
* Market the product to get potential customers with both the company support as well as personal resource
* Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion
* Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs and create sale opportunities
* Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they fit customer needs
* Answer questions about the products
* Negotiate prices and terms and close deals
* Collaborate with support team and finance team in preparing sales agreements, execution of the agreements and payment collection
* Collaborate with colleagues in many different sectors like marketing, planning, etc.
* Develop sales agencies, facilitate in agency agreements execution in collaboration with the support team.
* Support agencies to achieve their success in marketing the products by providing training, information support as well as closing deals together with them
* Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships and build customer loyalty
* Make timely, clear and informative work report (including not limited to tables, presentation etc.) to the management
* Other reasonable tasks arranged by the management
