Operational Responsibilities:
•ManagetheMainCentre:
•Assistthe MSFmanagement board forleading and managingdaytodayof shopoperation
•Ensure theeffectivedaily management of theMSF Shopand otherrelevanttask
•Developand implementquarterlywork plan andquarterlyreport onallMSF Shop
•Ensurethe products/goodsareavailable on timebase in the needof consumer.
•Manage and motivate a team to increase sales and ensure efficiency
•Manage stock levels and make key decisions about stock control
•Analyse sales figures and forecast future sales
•Analyse and interpret trendsto facilitate planning
•Use information technology to record sales figures, analyse data and forward plan
Deal with staffing issues such as interviewing potential staff, conducting appraisals and performance reviews
Provide or organise training and development
Ensure standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are metResolve health and safety, legal and security issues
Respond to customer complaints and commentsOrganise special promotions, displays and eventsAttend and chair meetings
Update colleagues on business performance, new initiatives and other pertinent issuesTour the sales floor regularly, talking to colleagues and customers and identifying or
resolving urgent issues
Deal with sales, as and when required
Maintain awarenessofmarket trends in the retail industry, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives and monitoring what competitors are doing
Initiate changes to improve the business, such as revising opening hours to ensure the store can compete effectively in the localmarket
Promote the organisation locally by liaising with local newspapers and the communityin general
Deal with other aspects of the business, such as customer service, finance, human resources, information technology, logistics or marketing-whether youneed to do this will depend on the size of the store.
Any other relevant tasksassigned byshop shareholders
FinancialResponsibilities:
set up financial management systemsand reportsfor theshopand ensure that theshop maintains adequate financial management systemand reportswith clear set of internal controls;
assistMSFin setting up accounts (ledgers, cash flow statements, balance sheetandincome statement) that will facilitate the preparation of financial statements and in producing good quality financial statements on timeand detail that will meet accounting standards;
Update/develop stock control and produce monthly report
AssistaccountantofMSFforpreparingmonthly closingaccounts.
Ensure that the record of financial records are maintained to supportthe financial transactionsandreports to theshopmanagementboard.Keep, maintain, and update clear inventory monitoring records for allMSFparaphernalia (Assetandfix asset) in weekly basis
HumanResources Responsibilities:
Stuff recruitment
-Provide training to any new MSF staff,when required Support the selection and training of any new staff at the MSF
•CommunicationResponsibilities:
•Communication withcostumer,supplier
•Regularand respectful communication withMSFboard
•Other
•Undertake other duties (within individualcompetenceand capacity)necessary to support theMSF, as and when required by line management.
