Junior Sales Engineer

WHO YOU ARE:
• Use Khmer as your first language, with a good command of spoken and written English
(speaking Thai will be an advantage).
• Have a bachelor degree in Civil Engineering (experience is no necessary but can be an
advantage).
• Have a good command of Word processor, spreadsheet and presentation software,
AutoCAD, Sketch Up, and is willing to learn new programs
• Have a great service mind
• Be flexible
• Be disciplined
• Be willing to accept feedback and advice

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Stamped Concrete~ 75%
Sales
• Generate and qualify leads via phone, email, chat
• Schedule sales appointments and activities
• Promote services to new and existing customers
• Manage sales pipeline on CRM platform – track personal appointments, status reports and sales.
• Check client drawings

Site
• Visit and check site conditions
• Coordinate with clients for start of work
• Learn how to make proper stamped concrete floors
• Advise and supervise subcontractors

Professional Services~ 20%
• Check client drawings
• Make site visits
• Coordinate with client’s representative/ contractor
• Other simple related activities

Others~ 5%
• There might be other tasks to be done for the company, which
might not be related to the two existing business, such as
looking for information related to a new business opportunity.

WHAT YOU’LL GET:
