Position: Executive Assistant to the CEO

Role Summary: We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a leading software solutions firm. The ideal candidate will be adept at anticipating needs, managing complex projects, and maintaining the highest level of professionalism. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth business operations and enhancing the CEOs efficiency.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Experienced Executive Assistant, preferably in the Technology or Consulting sectors.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing tasks.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Resourceful, professional, and capable of handling multiple priorities.
  • Skilled in managing complex projects and providing top-tier executive support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize the CEOs email and calendar.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
  • Provide support for special projects and assist in business operations.
  • Prepare for strategic, operational, and client meetings.
  • Develop, refine, and implement standard operating procedures.
  • Handle operational tasks such as contracts, invoices, and compliance.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO.
  • Execute tasks independently with flexibility and discretion.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in complex coordination and operations, ideally within a start-up environment.
  • Prior experience supporting executives in fast-paced, growth-driven settings.
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
  • Bachelors Degree preferred.

Work Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM, with occasional availability required outside of standard hours.
