We're partnering with a venture-backed AI infrastructure company building tools that help teams develop, test, and deploy reliable machine learning systems. Their platform is used by both fast-growing startups and large enterprise customers to ensure AI systems perform consistently, safely, and at scale.
The team is early, highly technical, and deeply customer-focused. They work closely with enterprise customers and are looking for a solutions engineer who can operate at the intersection of product, engineering, and go-to-market.
The role
This is a high-impact, customer-facing role for someone who is both technically strong and highly communicative.
You'll work closely with sales, product, and engineering to support pre-sales efforts, lead technical demos, and partner with customers post-sale to ensure long-term success. Youll also play a critical role in feeding real-world customer insights back into the product roadmap.
What you'll do

Partner with go-to-market teams on pre-sales efforts, including leading technical calls and product demos

Work directly with customers to understand their technical needs and success criteria
- Collaborate with product and engineering to build features, fixes, and improvements driven by customer feedback

Act as a technical point of contact across the customer lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal

Ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion across enterprise accounts

Translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling explanations for varied audiences
What we're looking for

4+ years of experience in engineering, product, solutions engineering, sales engineering, or a related role

Strong technical foundation (experience with Python and/or modern frontend frameworks is a plus)

Comfort working directly with customers and leading technical conversations

Ability to own initiatives end-to-end with minimal direction

Strong communication skills and executive presence

Interest in AI systems, developer tools, or highly technical products

Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
