We are hiring for a venture-backed AI infrastructure company building tools that help teams develop, test, and deploy reliable machine learning systems. Their platform is used by both fast-growing startups and large enterprise customers to ensure AI systems behave consistently, safely, and at scale.

The team is early, technical, and product-driven, with founders who have built and shipped complex AI systems at scale. Theyre now expanding the core product and looking for a senior designer to help shape the future of their user experience.

The role

As a Senior Product Designer, you'll work directly with the founding team to design and evolve a complex, web-based product used by highly technical and enterprise customers.

This is a hands-on role with real ownership: you'll help define product direction, translate customer problems into elegant solutions, and ship polished UI/UX for a mission-critical platform.

What you'll do

• Partner closely with founders to expand and refine the core product

• Design and ship high-quality, web-native UI experiences

• Work directly with customers to iterate on UX and deliver high-impact features

• Translate complex technical workflows into intuitive product experiences

• Define and influence the product roadmap from a design perspective

• Help raise the bar for design across the company as the team grows

What We Are Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in product design (B2B SaaS strongly preferred)

• Strong UI/UX fundamentals and fluency with modern design tools (e.g. Figma)

• Experience designing complex workflows for technical or enterprise users

• Ability to take projects from concept to execution with minimal direction

• Strong product judgment and comfort working in ambiguous environments

• Interest in AI systems, developer tools, or technical products
