Overview
Our client, a leader in logistics and contract manufacturing, is seeking a motivated and experienced Shift Supervisor to lead and oversee daily manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will ensure production targets are met, maintain safety and quality standards, and support a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate production activities on assigned shifts.

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.

• Monitor production schedules and adjust resources as needed.

• Lead, train, and motivate team members to achieve performance goals.

• Identify and resolve operational issues to maintain efficiency.

• Maintain accurate production and personnel records.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in a supervisory role.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime as needed.
