Job Title: BD Manager- UK/Ireland
Directly report to: Director
Location: Home based but travel for Business need as required
Job responsibility:
1. Business Development:
- Responsible for sales & business development in UK & Ireland. Execute value, mission, vision and strategy of the organization
- In line with the business strategy carry out market research, analysis & marketing activities.
- Identify and understand the decision-making Stakeholders, organizations and target customers
2. Sales and Negotiation:
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve sales targets
- Achieve sales target including Composite insulation cross arm (CICA) and insulation products of Transmission and Distribution network
- Present proposals to potential clients.
3. Team Collaboration
- Organize/Coordinate internal resources based on business requirement.
Qualifications:
1. Deep industry knowledge is required.
2. Have strong relationship with key decision makers in the power and T&D market, ability to build relationships at C-Suite in the utility market.
3. Have a profound understanding of local transmission and distribution power grid market, and good knowledge of EPC players.
4. 5+ years of experience in Business Development/Sales.
5. Bachelors degree in Engineering preferred.
6. Travel required: 20%-30%
