About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and people-oriented Recruiter to support talent acquisition efforts within a fast-paced HR outsourcing and staffing environment. The role involves sourcing, screening, and placing candidates while ensuring a seamless recruitment experience for both clients and applicants. This position is open exclusively to Emirati nationals.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & AcquisitionSource candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate suitability.Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs.
Client & Stakeholder CoordinationWork closely with clients to understand hiring requirements and job specifications.Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients.Provide regular updates to clients on recruitment progress.Ensure client satisfaction through timely and quality hiring solutions.
Candidate ManagementGuide candidates throughout the recruitment process.Provide feedback and maintain regular communication with applicants.Ensure a positive candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.Maintain candidate records and update recruitment systems.
Recruitment OperationsManage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned roles.Prepare job postings and advertise vacancies across relevant platforms.Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate reports.Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment standards.
Market Research & ReportingStay updated on market trends, talent availability, and industry insights.Provide input on salary benchmarks and hiring strategies.Prepare recruitment reports and performance updates for management.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within staffing or consultancy environments.UAE National (Emirati) is mandatory for this role.
