About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive to support business development and drive client acquisition within a fast-paced HR outsourcing and staffing environment. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting workforce solutions to organizations across various industries.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business DevelopmentIdentify and generate new business opportunities across multiple industries.Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.Promote HR outsourcing, staffing, and workforce solutions to potential clients.Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business pitches.
Client Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.Understand client hiring needs and recommend suitable solutions.Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and long-term engagement.Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses and follow-ups.
Proposal & Contract ManagementPrepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements.Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts within company guidelines.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.Ensure all documentation is accurate and aligned with client requirements.
Coordination & Service DeliveryWork closely with recruitment and operations teams to fulfill client requirements.Monitor service delivery and ensure client expectations are met.Support onboarding and post-sales client management activities.Address any service-related issues promptly and professionally.
Reporting & Performance TrackingMaintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities in CRM systems.Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.Track performance against sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.2–5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within HR, staffing, or service-based industries.Experience in B2B sales and client acquisition is preferred.
