Noon PPC specialist and e-commerce coordinator responsible for growing the client brand across Noon UAE & KSA while managing end-to-end marketplace operations.

Employment Type: Full-time (On-site)

Salary: AED 5,000–6,000 + Performance Incentives

About Job

The client is a fast-growing premium baby & nursery brand selling across Mumzworld, FirstCry, Noon, Amazon, Babyshop and other leading retailers. The company is expanding throughout the GCC including Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman. Noon is one of its highest-priority growth channels, and this role combines expert Noon advertising with end-to-end e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities

Part A – Noon Advertising (PPC)

Manage and optimize:

  • Product Listing Ads (PLA / Sponsored Products)
  • Brand Ads (Sponsored Brands)
  • Display Ads

Responsibilities:

  • Launch and optimize campaigns across UAE & KSA.
  • Manage bids, budgets and keywords daily.
  • Improve ROAS, CPC, CTR, CVR, ACoS, impression share and Share of Voice.
  • Scale advertising budgets while maintaining profitability.
  • Perform search term harvesting and negative keyword optimization.
  • Create campaign strategies for:
    • New product launches
    • Bestseller protection
    • Yellow Friday
    • Ramadan
    • Eid
    • Back-to-School
    • Summer Sale
    • Noon Day
  • Conduct weekly campaign performance reviews.

Part B – E-commerce Operations

  • Manage Noon Seller Lab.
  • Create and onboard new SKUs.
  • Listing approvals.
  • Content updates.
  • Variation management.
  • Account health monitoring.
  • Optimize:
    • Titles
    • Bullet points
    • Descriptions
    • Images
    • Backend keywords
  • Manage pricing and promotions.
  • Execute:
    • Flash Deals
    • Voucher Codes
    • Noon One
    • Daily Deals
  • Coordinate inventory with supply chain.
  • Prevent stock-outs.
  • Monitor cancelled, returned and pending orders.
  • Analyze competitors.
  • Maintain catalog accuracy across all SKUs.

Part C – Reporting & Communication

Build dashboards tracking:

  • Revenue
  • Units Sold
  • Average Selling Price (ASP)
  • Ad Spend
  • ROAS
  • ACoS
  • Organic vs Paid Sales
  • Share of Voice
  • Contribution Margin

Also:

  • Submit weekly reports.
  • Submit monthly strategy reports.
  • Coordinate with Noon Key Account Manager (KAM).
  • Work with design team for banners and campaign creatives.

Requirements

Experience

  • 3–6 years of Noon marketplace experience.
  • Minimum 2 years dedicated to Noon Advertising.
  • Proven ROAS and ACoS improvements.

  • Full-time on-site in Dubai.

Success Metrics (First 12 Months)

  • Achieve 2.5× Year-over-Year Noon revenue growth.
  • Maintain:
    • ROAS 4.0× on mature SKUs.
    • ROAS 2.5× on new launches.
  • Rank at least 5 products among top category sellers.
  • Maintain 100% listing accuracy.
  • Zero stock-outs on top-selling SKUs.
  • Deliver weekly and monthly reports consistently.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: AED 5,000–6,000 per month

Performance Bonus: Quarterly bonus based on:
