About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Account Manager to manage and grow key customer accounts within the industrial tents and temporary structures sector. This role focuses on strengthening client relationships, supporting project-based sales, and ensuring successful delivery and repeat business.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship & Account Management
Manage assigned client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact.
Build long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions aligned with project needs.
Sales Support & Revenue Growth
Support sales initiatives by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial documentation.
Assist in contract negotiations and commercial discussions.
Project Coordination & Execution Support
Coordinate with internal engineering, operations, and logistics teams to ensure timely project delivery.
Monitor project progress and communicate updates to clients.
Resolve client issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
Track market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback.
Maintain accurate account records, pipelines, and sales forecasts.
Prepare periodic reports on account performance and opportunities.
Relationship Development & Retention
Conduct regular client visits and follow-ups.
Ensure strong post-project engagement to encourage repeat business.
Support customer retention and long-term account growth strategies.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
4–8 years of experience in account management or project-based sales.
Experience in industrial solutions, construction-related products, or temporary structures preferred.
