About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and performance-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead revenue growth initiatives within the outsourcing and workforce solutions sector. Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Revenue Growth
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
Identify new business opportunities in staffing, outsourcing, and HR solutions.
Build and manage a strong pipeline of corporate clients.
Lead negotiations, proposals, and contract finalization processes.
Client Relationship Management
Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts.
Understand client workforce challenges and propose tailored solutions.
Conduct regular business reviews and ensure high client satisfaction.
Drive cross-selling and upselling of service offerings.
Sales Leadership & Team Management
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve KPIs.
Set performance targets and monitor individual and team progress.
Provide coaching on consultative selling and solution-based approaches.
Collaborate with recruitment and operations teams for service delivery alignment.
Market Expansion & Strategy
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Identify new sectors and industries for expansion.
Support pricing strategies and commercial structuring.
Represent the organization at industry events and networking forums.
Reporting & Performance Monitoring
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and management reports.
Track revenue growth, margins, and profitability metrics.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and contractual standards.
Provide strategic insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
7–12 years of sales experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience in outsourcing, staffing, or B2B service industries is highly preferred.
