About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to drive sales and enhance customer engagement within the home décor and e-commerce retail sector. The role involves assisting customers with product selection, managing sales inquiries, and supporting both online and in-store sales operations to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Engagement
Engage with customers to understand their home décor needs and recommend suitable products.
Promote product collections including rugs, carpets, and related home décor items.
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
Provide professional product demonstrations and styling suggestions.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, quotations, and orders.
Ensure a positive customer experience from initial inquiry to final purchase.
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.
Online & E-Commerce Sales Support
Assist with online customer inquiries through website, social media, and messaging platforms.
Support order processing, tracking, and coordination with logistics teams.
Maintain updated product information and assist with online product listings.
Support digital promotions and sales campaigns.
Showroom & Product Presentation
Ensure showroom displays and product arrangements are visually appealing.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor.
Stay updated on new collections, product features, and market trends.
Assist in stock monitoring and inventory coordination.
Reporting & Sales Tracking
Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer details.
Prepare daily sales reports and update CRM systems.
Support management with sales insights and customer feedback.

Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field.
2–4 years of sales experience in retail, home décor, furniture, or e-commerce sectors preferred.
Experience handling both showroom and online sales is an advantage.
