About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
Set sales targets and ensure consistent achievement of revenue goals.
Drive innovative sales initiatives to maximize project uptake and market penetration.
Team Leadership & Performance Management
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve high performance.
Set clear KPIs and monitor team productivity and conversion rates.
Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
Foster a motivated and target-driven sales culture.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and investors.
Ensure exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey.
Handle key client negotiations and close high-value deals.
Maintain long-term client engagement and repeat business opportunities.
Sales Operations & Execution
Oversee day-to-day sales operations and pipeline management.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
8–12 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in the luxury segment.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Experience managing sales teams in a competitive market environment.
