About the Role
You will lead revenue generation by driving new business acquisition, expanding existing accounts, and developing high-impact sales strategies within the outsourcing and BPO sector. This role requires strong commercial acumen, exceptional relationship-building abilities, and the capacity to position outsourcing solutions that support client growth and operational efficiency. You will be responsible for shaping market presence, improving sales performance, and achieving ambitious profitability and expansion goals.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute sales strategies targeting key industries and high-value prospects.
Define revenue goals, KPIs, and forecasting frameworks that support business objectives.
Analyze market conditions, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to refine go-to-market strategies.
New Business Development
Identify, qualify, and convert leads through structured outreach, networking, and industry engagement.
Conduct impactful sales meetings, presentations, and solution demonstrations for prospective clients.
Maintain and advance a strong sales pipeline with disciplined follow-up and deal progression.
Account Management & Client Relationships
Build long-term partnerships by understanding client business needs and outsourcing requirements.
Drive retention, upselling, and cross-selling across service lines to expand key accounts.
Act as the main point of contact, ensuring service satisfaction and consistent communication.
Proposal Development & Negotiation
Prepare commercial proposals, bids, and tailored outsourcing solutions in collaboration with internal teams.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service-level agreements that meet both customer and business objectives.
Ensure proposed solutions are operationally viable and aligned with delivery capabilities.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Work closely with operations, delivery, finance, HR, and marketing teams for seamless client onboarding.
Align internal stakeholders to ensure service commitments, timelines, and expectations are met.
Provide insights and feedback to refine service offerings and enhance competitiveness.
Sales Operations & Reporting
Maintain accurate CRM data, including sales activities, pipeline updates, and client information.
Track and report sales performance metrics, forecasts, and conversion ratios to leadership.
Ensure adherence to structured sales processes and continuous improvement of sales practices.
Team Leadership (If Applicable)
Guide and mentor junior sales staff, providing support in developing their commercial capabilities.
Support training initiatives to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and professional development.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
58 years of experience in sales within the BPO, outsourcing, staffing, or service industry.
Proven success in closing mid-to-large size deals and meeting revenue targets.
Strong understanding of outsourcing models including BPO, shared services, contact centers, or RPO.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
Strong commercial understanding of pricing models and profitability analysis.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market insights.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple priorities.
Willingness to travel for client visits and industry events.
