About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Head of Sales to lead the overall sales function within the real estate and property development sector. This role is responsible for defining sales strategy, driving revenue growth, managing high-performing sales teams, and strengthening channel partnerships. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership with deep market knowledge to deliver sustained sales performance and brand positioning.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Leadership
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with business objectives and project launches.
Set sales targets, forecasts, and performance benchmarks across projects and teams.
Lead, mentor, and motivate sales teams to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
Team Management & Performance
Build, manage, and scale internal sales teams and broker/channel networks.
Monitor individual and team performance, conduct regular reviews, and implement improvement plans.
Establish sales processes, KPIs, CRM discipline, and reporting standards.
Channel & Broker Management
Develop and manage strong relationships with brokers, channel partners, and key stakeholders.
Design channel incentive structures, commission plans, and engagement programs.
Ensure consistent brand representation and messaging across all sales channels.
Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management
Oversee high-value client negotiations and deal closures.
Maintain strong relationships with key clients and investors.
Ensure a superior customer journey from inquiry to booking and handover.
Market Intelligence & Pricing
Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer demand to refine sales strategies.
Support pricing, payment plans, and promotional offers in collaboration with senior management.
Provide insights on new project feasibility and sales positioning.
Collaboration & Reporting
Work closely with marketing, finance, legal, and operations teams to ensure alignment.
Prepare regular sales performance reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for leadership.
Support launch planning, roadshows, and promotional events.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
8–15 years of sales experience, with significant leadership exposure in real estate or property development.
Proven track record of leading sales teams and delivering large-scale revenue targets.
Strong understanding of real estate sales cycles, off-plan and ready property sales, and channel management.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
Experience with CRM systems, sales analytics, and performance dashboards.
Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking ability.
