Job Summary 

Our client is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Sales Manager with 10+ years of experience in the tents, temporary structures, and modular solutions industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong market knowledge, an established client network in Qatar and the GCC, and a proven ability to manage large-scale, project-based sales across multiple sectors. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets 
  • Manage and expand key accounts within events, exhibitions, oil & gas, military, government, and industrial sectors 
  • Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships in Qatar and regional markets 
  • Lead commercial negotiations, prepare proposals, and close high-value contracts 
  • Coordinate closely with engineering, production, and operations teams to deliver customized solutions 
  • Maintain long-term relationships with consultants, contractors, and end clients 
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies 
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management 
  • Represent the company at client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events 
  • Provide guidance and support to junior sales team members when required 

Required Qualifications & Experience 

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field 
  • Minimum 8-10+ years of sales experience in tents, temporary structures, modular buildings, or similar construction solutions 
  • Strong experience in project-based sales and tendering processes 
  • Proven track record of handling large-scale and long-cycle projects 
  • Established client network in Qatar and the GCC is highly preferred 
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills 
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously 
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office 
  • Valid driving license
