About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations, optimize operational processes, and ensure the efficient delivery of services. The role is responsible for managing cross-functional teams, improving operational performance, driving process excellence, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction while supporting the organization's strategic growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management & Strategy

  • Lead and manage day-to-day business operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and service excellence.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business goals and organizational objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, workflows, and overall business performance.
  • Ensure operational activities are executed in accordance with company policies and quality standards.

Service Delivery & Client Management

  • Oversee the delivery of services to ensure client expectations and service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently achieved.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Address operational challenges and implement effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor service quality and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Team Leadership & Performance Management

  • Lead, mentor, and develop operations teams to achieve departmental objectives.
  • Set performance goals, monitor KPIs, and conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of operational staff.

Process Improvement & Operational Excellence

  • Analyze operational performance and implement process optimization initiatives.
  • Develop and standardize operational procedures and best practices.
  • Drive automation and efficiency improvements across business functions.
  • Monitor productivity and recommend solutions to improve resource utilization.

Financial & Resource Management

  • Manage operational budgets and monitor departmental expenditures.
  • Optimize resource allocation to maximize operational efficiency and profitability.
  • Support cost-control initiatives without compromising service quality.
  • Prepare operational forecasts and performance reports for senior management.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations.
  • Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain health, safety, and quality standards across operations.
  • Support internal audits and compliance reviews.

Reporting & Stakeholder Communication

  • Prepare regular operational reports, dashboards, and performance analyses.
  • Present operational updates, KPIs, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Coordinate with sales, HR, finance, and other departments to support business objectives.
  • Ensure effective communication across all operational functions.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Management, or a related field.
  • Master's Degree or MBA is an advantage.
  • 7–12 years of experience in operations management, service delivery, business process management, or a similar leadership role.
  • Experience within outsourcing, business services, staffing, consulting, or corporate services is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience managing multi-functional teams and driving operational excellence.
