Role Summary
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and supporting the companys growth across the region. This role requires a proactive sales mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to understand client needs within the high-end interiors and kitchen solutions market.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
Build and maintain relationships with architects, designers, contractors, developers, and corporate clients.
Conduct product presentations, showroom visits, and client meetings to showcase brand offerings.
Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and sales agreements tailored to client requirements.
Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with the marketing and retail teams to coordinate promotional activities and events.
Maintain an up-to-date understanding of market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
Represent the company professionally at exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events.
Ensure timely communication and coordination with internal departments (design, operations, logistics) to support client orders.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and business insights for management review.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
25 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within interiors, furniture, or premium retail sectors.
Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Excellent interpersonal and presentation abilities.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Good understanding of market dynamics in the GCC region.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
Valid UAE or GCC driving license preferred.
