Job Role -  Key Accounts Executive

Job Summary:

This role manages relationships with high-value clients—such as hospital chains, large pharmacy groups (LIFE, Aster, Bin Sina, SuperCare etc..), government health institutions— to drive sales and product adoption. Develop strategic account plans, negotiate contracts, and ensure high customer satisfaction while maintaining strict regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Cultivate long-term partnerships with key stakeholders (doctors, pharmacists, procurement officers) to drive product adoption.

2. Meet or exceed revenue targets for specific products within the assigned key account portfolio.

3. Create and implement account plans to maximize ROI and market share.

4. Identifying challenges or opportunities for distribution and proposing strategies to overcome challenges

5. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.

6. Deliver detailed product information and education to healthcare professionals (HCPs) and ensure product availability.

7.Lead contract negotiations with hospitals, clinics, or buying groups.

8. Work with marketing, medical affairs, and sales support teams to implement initiatives and resolve customer issues.

9.Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business.

10.Accurately process orders and coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery and stock availability.

11.Regularly update and report sales performance, KPIs, and forecasts to inform strategic decisions.

12.Follow up with customers to ensure timely payments and reduce outstanding receivables.Qualifications:

1. Minimum 3 years of Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales or key account management in the UAE market

2. Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, Business, or related fields. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

3. Deep understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance guidelines, and local market dynamics.

4. Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

5. Proficient in MS Office; experience with CRM tools is an advantage.

6.Valid UAE driver's license (DL) and ownership of a car.

7.Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
