About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand sales operations within the industrial manufacturing and temporary structures sector. This role focuses on driving revenue growth, managing key client relationships, and developing sales strategies across projects, events, and large-scale installations.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Business Development

Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with business objectives.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industrial, commercial, and event sectors.

Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals.

Client Relationship & Key Account Management

Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, consultants, and contractors.

Understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions.

Manage key accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Team Leadership & Performance Management

Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve consistent performance.

Set KPIs, monitor performance, and conduct regular sales reviews.

Support team development through training and mentoring.

Tendering, Pricing & Negotiation

Oversee preparation of proposals, tenders, and commercial offers.

Negotiate contracts and pricing terms in line with company guidelines.

Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure accurate costing and delivery.

Market Intelligence & Reporting

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands.

Prepare sales forecasts, pipelines, and performance reports.

Provide market insights to support strategic planning and decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.

7–12 years of sales experience, with leadership exposure.

Experience in industrial manufacturing, tents, structures, or project-based sales preferred.
