About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Account Manager to manage and grow key customer relationships within the industrial manufacturing and temporary structures sector. This role focuses on maintaining existing accounts, supporting sales growth, and ensuring seamless coordination between clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship & Account Management

Manage assigned key accounts and maintain long-term client relationships.

Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and requirements.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through consistent engagement.

Sales Support & Revenue Growth

Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services.

Support the sales team in achieving revenue and account growth targets.

Prepare quotations, proposals, and account-related documentation.

Project & Order Coordination

Coordinate with operations, engineering, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.

Track order progress, installations, and post-delivery support activities.

Communicate project updates clearly to clients.

Commercial & Contract Management

Assist in contract negotiations and pricing discussions.

Ensure compliance with agreed commercial terms and conditions.

Support billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.

Reporting & Market Feedback

Maintain accurate account records and CRM updates.

Prepare account performance reports and forecasts.

Share client feedback and market insights with management.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

5–8 years of experience in account management or sales support roles.

Experience in industrial manufacturing, projects, events, or structures preferred.
