Job Title - Project Manager 

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of real estate development projects from inception to completion. The role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with quality, safety, and regulatory standards while coordinating effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution
Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from design development through construction and handover.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely delivery.
Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions where required.
Coordination & Stakeholder Management
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, engineers, and internal departments.
Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications.
Liaise with authorities and regulatory bodies to secure necessary approvals and permits.
Cost & Contract Management
Monitor project budgets, cash flow, and cost controls to ensure financial targets are met.
Review contracts, variations, and claims in coordination with commercial teams.
Ensure accurate reporting of project costs and forecasts.
Quality, Safety & Compliance
Ensure adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor workmanship and progress.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, authority requirements, and contractual obligations.
Risk & Issue Management
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Resolve on-site and design-related issues efficiently to minimize delays.
Escalate critical issues to senior management with clear recommendations.
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare regular project status reports, timelines, and progress updates.
Maintain accurate project documentation, approvals, and records.
Support handover, snagging, and close-out processes.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
7–12 years of experience in project management within real estate development or construction.
Strong experience managing residential or mixed-use development projects.
Solid understanding of construction methods, contracts, and authority requirements.
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex project environments.
