Job Title - Senior MT5 Trade Support 

About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior MT5 Trade Support professional to manage and support day-to-day trading operations on the MetaTrader 5 platform. This role is critical in ensuring smooth trade execution, platform stability, issue resolution, and high-quality support to internal teams and clients in a fast-paced trading environment.

Key Responsibilities

MT5 Platform & Trade Support
Monitor live trading activity on the MT5 platform to ensure accurate trade execution and system stability.
Support trade-related issues including order execution, pricing discrepancies, slippage, and latency.
Investigate and resolve client trade complaints in coordination with dealing, risk, and technical teams.
System Monitoring & Issue Resolution
Monitor server performance, bridges, liquidity feeds, and execution quality.
Identify, escalate, and troubleshoot technical issues related to MT5 servers, plugins, and integrations.
Coordinate with IT, liquidity providers, and third-party vendors for timely issue resolution.
Risk & Dealing Support
Support dealing desk operations by monitoring exposure, margin levels, and abnormal trading behavior.
Assist with execution controls, trade validations, and risk mitigation measures.
Ensure trading activities comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Client & Internal Support
Act as an escalation point for complex client trading issues and platform-related queries.
Provide guidance to customer support teams on MT5 functionality and trade processes.
Support onboarding of new trading instruments, symbols, and account configurations.
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare daily and periodic reports on trade activity, system issues, and execution performance.
Maintain detailed logs and documentation of incidents, resolutions, and platform updates.
Support audits, reconciliations, and compliance reviews as required.
Process Improvement & Stability
Identify opportunities to improve trade support workflows, monitoring tools, and response times.
Assist in testing platform upgrades, patches, and new MT5 features before production release.
Ensure business continuity through proper monitoring, backups, and escalation procedures.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in Finance, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
5–8+ years of experience in MT5 trade support, dealing operations, or trading platform support.
Strong hands-on experience with MetaTrader 5 server, admin tools, and trade lifecycle.
Solid understanding of Forex, CFDs, commodities, indices, and trading mechanics.
Experience working with liquidity providers, bridges, and execution models.
