About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic IT Manager & ERP Lead to oversee the organization's IT infrastructure and lead ERP implementation and optimization initiatives within a dynamic oil & gas services environment. The role involves managing IT operations, ensuring system efficiency, and driving digital transformation through effective ERP solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
IT Infrastructure & Operations ManagementOversee daily IT operations, including networks, servers, systems, and security.Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of IT systems.Manage IT support services and resolve technical issues efficiently.Maintain IT policies, procedures, and system documentation.
ERP Implementation & ManagementLead ERP system implementation, upgrades, and enhancements.Coordinate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into system solutions.Ensure ERP system integration with other business applications.Monitor ERP performance and troubleshoot system-related issues.
Digital Transformation & System Optimization Identify opportunities to improve business processes through technology.Drive automation and digital initiatives across departments.Ensure systems are aligned with business needs and scalability requirements.Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
IT Security & ComplianceEnsure data security, backup, and disaster recovery processes are in place.Maintain compliance with IT governance and regulatory requirements.Implement cybersecurity measures to protect company systems and data.Conduct regular system audits and risk assessments.
Team Leadership & Vendor ManagementLead and manage the IT team, ensuring performance and development.Coordinate with external vendors, consultants, and service providers.Manage IT budgets, procurement, and vendor contracts.Provide training and support to users on IT systems and ERP platforms.
Reporting & Stakeholder ManagementPrepare reports on IT performance, system usage, and project progress.Collaborate with senior management to align IT strategy with business goals.Provide technical guidance and recommendations to leadership.Ensure effective communication between IT and other departments.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.8–12 years of experience in IT management, with strong exposure to ERP systems.Experience in oil & gas, engineering, or project-based industries is preferred.Proven experience in ERP implementation and system integration projects.
