Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead real estate sales operations, drive revenue growth, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record with property developers in Dubai and experience managing sales teams in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
Lead and mentor the sales team to ensure consistent performance and client satisfaction.
Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
Build and maintain relationships with brokers, agents, and developers.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize lead generation and conversion.
Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Experience Required:
Minimum 2 years of experience working with a real estate developer in Dubai.
Minimum 1 year of experience in DLRC (Dubai Land Department Real Estate Certification).
Proven success in achieving sales targets within the real estate sector.
Preferred Background / Target Developers:
Candidates with experience from Imtiaz, Samana, Reef, or Leos Developers are strongly preferred.
Key Skills & Attributes:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
In-depth understanding of Dubai real estate regulations and market trends.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and client focus.

Compensation:
Attractive commission structure: 0.1% on closed deals.
