Senior DevOps

Our client is building a modern cross-border payments and financial infrastructure platform (exchange, clearing, messaging, digital currency) for banks and financial institutions. Were looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer (5+ years) to design, build, and operate our cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.

Profile summary

* 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering roles

* Strong experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS/Azure/GCP)

* Hands-on with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)

* Solid background in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar)

* Strong infrastructure-as-code skills (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar)

* Good understanding of networking, security groups, VPNs, and zero-trust concepts

* Experience implementing monitoring, logging, and alerting (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, etc.)

* Familiarity with secrets management and security best practices (Vault, KMS, IAM)

* Comfortable supporting Java and Node/React-based applications in production

* Strong mindset around reliability, scalability, incident response, and post-mortems

* Bonus: experience in fintech/payments, high-availability systems, regulated environments, or ISO 27001/SOC2 practices

Languages and location

* Fluent English is a must (written and spoken)

* Location: strong preference for UAE, Dubai, with flexibility for remote candidates who are highly qualified
