About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Assistant Manager – Electrical to support the execution and management of electrical works across large-scale engineering and infrastructure projects. The role involves supervising site activities, ensuring compliance with technical standards, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects safely, efficiently, and within timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Electrical Project ExecutionAssist in planning, execution, and monitoring of electrical installations and systems on-site.Ensure all electrical works are carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.Coordinate with project teams to meet deadlines and quality standards.Support troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues during project execution.
Site Supervision & CoordinationSupervise electrical teams, subcontractors, and technicians on-site.Ensure proper allocation of manpower, materials, and equipment.Coordinate with civil, mechanical, and other departments for smooth project integration.Monitor site progress and report any delays or challenges.
Quality Assurance & ComplianceEnsure all electrical installations meet required quality and safety standards.Conduct inspections and testing of electrical systems and components.Ensure compliance with local regulations and international standards.Maintain proper documentation of inspections and quality checks.
Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)Implement and enforce health and safety policies on-site.Conduct safety briefings and ensure adherence to safety protocols.Identify risks and take preventive measures to avoid incidents.Promote a strong safety culture across the team.
Reporting & DocumentationPrepare daily and weekly progress reports for management.Maintain records of site activities, materials, and manpower usage.Assist in preparing project documentation and handover reports.Coordinate with stakeholders and provide updates on project status.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.6–10 years of experience in electrical works within construction, engineering, or infrastructure projects.Experience working on international or remote site projects is preferred.
