Job Title: Manager - Broker Relations

Job Responsibilities

Broker Network Development

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new brokers and real estate agencies to represent SAAS projects.
• Maintain and regularly update the database of active brokers and agencies.
• Provide project information, updates, and marketing materials to registered brokers.
• Ensure brokers are trained on project details, pricing, payment plans, and sales procedures.

Broker Communication and Support

• Act as the main point of contact for all broker queries, support requests, and escalations.
• Organize and conduct regular project briefings and site tours for brokers.
• Coordinate with the Marketing Team to ensure brokers have access to up-to-date promotional materials and inventory lists.
• Support brokers with timely responses to technical, legal, or commercial queries.

Broker Performance Management

• Coordinate with the Sales Administration and Finance Teams to ensure accurate commission tracking and timely processing.
• Analyze broker performance data and provide regular reports to the Head of Sales.
