Job Title – Personal Assistant to CEO

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support the CEO in managing daily administrative and executive tasks within a fast-paced business consultancy environment. The role requires exceptional coordination, communication, and multitasking abilities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and effective time management for the CEO.
Key Responsibilities
Executive SupportManage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and meeting schedules.Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agendas and follow-ups.Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing documents for meetings.Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Communication & CoordinationAct as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.Screen calls, emails, and correspondence, responding or escalating as appropriate.Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely execution of tasks.Draft emails, letters, and official communications on behalf of the CEO.
Administrative ManagementOrganize travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.Maintain records, documents, and filing systems efficiently.Track tasks, deadlines, and key deliverables for the CEO.Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
Operational SupportSupport day-to-day business operations by coordinating with teams and ensuring follow-ups.Monitor ongoing projects and provide updates to the CEO.Assist in handling client interactions and maintaining professional relationships.Ensure smooth workflow and efficient coordination across departments.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.3–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably supporting senior leadership.Experience in consultancy, corporate services, or professional environments is preferred.
