About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Site Manager to oversee on-site project execution within a dynamic engineering and infrastructure environment. The role involves managing daily site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget, and maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency across all activities.
Key Responsibilities
Site Operations ManagementManage day-to-day site activities to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.Ensure work is carried out according to project plans, specifications, and timelines.Monitor site progress and address any operational challenges proactively. Optimize the use of manpower, materials, and equipment on-site.
Project Coordination & ExecutionCoordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.Ensure alignment between site activities and project schedules.Review drawings and technical documents to guide execution.Support timely delivery of project milestones.
Health, Safety & ComplianceEnsure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.Conduct regular site inspections and enforce safety standards.Identify potential risks and implement corrective measures.Ensure compliance with local and international standards.
Team Leadership & SupervisionSupervise and lead site teams, including engineers, supervisors, and labor workforce.Monitor productivity and ensure performance targets are met.Conduct daily briefings and coordinate team activities.Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and teamwork.
Quality Control & AssuranceEnsure all work meets required quality standards and project specifications.Coordinate inspections, testing, and quality checks.Address any quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Reporting & DocumentationPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.Maintain accurate records of site activities, materials, and workforce.Communicate project updates, risks, and requirements to management.Ensure proper documentation for project tracking and handover.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.8–12 years of experience in construction, engineering, or infrastructure projects.Proven experience managing site operations and multidisciplinary teams.
