About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and technically strong IT Manager (ERP & Infrastructure) to oversee IT operations and drive ERP system management within a dynamic technology-driven environment. The role involves managing IT infrastructure, ensuring system reliability, and leading ERP implementation and optimization to support business efficiency and growth.

Key Responsibilities
IT Infrastructure ManagementOversee daily IT operations including networks, servers, cloud systems, and end-user support.Ensure high availability, security, and performance of IT infrastructure.Manage system upgrades, backups, and disaster recovery processes.Maintain IT policies, procedures, and documentation.
ERP Management & ImplementationLead ERP system implementation, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.Gather business requirements and translate them into system solutions.Ensure integration of ERP with other business applications.Monitor system performance and resolve ERP-related issues.
IT Strategy & Digital TransformationDevelop and implement IT strategies aligned with business objectives.Drive digital transformation initiatives and process automation.Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve efficiency.Ensure scalability and future-readiness of IT systems.
Cybersecurity & ComplianceImplement and maintain cybersecurity measures to protect data and systems.Ensure compliance with IT governance, policies, and regulatory standards.Conduct regular system audits and risk assessments.Manage data privacy and security protocols.
Team Leadership & Vendor ManagementLead and manage IT teams and external service providers.Oversee vendor selection, contracts, and performance management.Provide training and support to users on IT systems and ERP platforms.Manage IT budgets and resource allocation.
Reporting & Stakeholder CoordinationPrepare reports on IT performance, projects, and system usage.Collaborate with senior management to align IT initiatives with business goals.Ensure effective communication between IT and other departments.Provide technical guidance and recommendations to leadership.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.7–12 years of experience in IT management with strong ERP exposure.Proven experience in ERP implementation and infrastructure management.Experience in technology, digital solutions, or service-based industries is preferred.
