About the Role
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support the visual branding and marketing of our property developments. In this role you will design a broad range of materials from digital campaigns and social-media content to print brochures, signage, sales presentations and event activations that align with our brand identity and drive engagement across multiple touch-points.
Key Responsibilities
Develop compelling visual concepts and deliver end-to-end design for print and digital assets: brochures, flyers, banners, social posts, emailers, presentations, signage, site hoardings, event materials, etc.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, product/portfolio and operations teams to understand project briefs, target audiences and campaign objectives; translate these into effective designs.
Ensure brand consistency across all assets: apply and protect brand guidelines, maintain visual identity, ensure high quality and correct specifications for print or digital usage.
Prepare final artwork and coordinate with printers/vendors: export in correct formats, select appropriate materials/finishes, ensure production proof-checks and quality-control.
Create/maintain templated layouts and design systems to streamline future usage; support the marketing team with design-toolkits, templates and asset libraries.
Design for digital platforms: social media graphics, web banners, animation/gif (where required), and collaborate with digital team for appropriate format/size/optimisation.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously track timelines, manage deadlines, update stakeholders, revise per feedback and deliver on time under pressure.
Stay up-to-date with design and real-estate marketing trends, emerging technologies, and bring creative suggestions to enhance engagement (e.g., motion graphics, interactive formats).
Maintain an organised archive of design assets, version history and ensure file/handoff completeness for internal and external use.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts or a related field.
Minimum of 2-4 years of professional graphic design experience in a corporate or agency environment, ideally with exposure to the UAE/GCC market.
Strong portfolio showcasing diverse work across print and digital media.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; familiarity with motion graphics (After Effects or similar) is a plus.
Good understanding of print production workflows: bleeds, colour modes, finishes, proofing, vendor coordination.
Familiarity with digital design constraints: file size, formats, responsive requirements, ad/banner specs.
Excellent attention to detail, layout and typography skills, and strong visual aesthetic.
Effective communication and collaboration skills; ability to take creative briefs, respond to feedback and manage multiple stakeholders.
Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage but not essential.
Ability to meet tight deadlines and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
