About the job Sales Executive
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our corporate training programs and management consulting services, with a focus on Lean, Six Sigma, PMP certifications, and other management development courses. A strong understanding of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles will be a key asset in delivering tailored solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities and drive sales of corporate training programs and management consulting services.
- Proactively seek out and engage potential clients, building long-term relationships across various industries.
- Develop and present customized proposals to meet client needs in areas such as Lean, Six Sigma, PMP, and ESG.
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in organizations, including HR professionals, L&D managers, and senior executives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business goals and recommending relevant training programs and management consulting solutions.
- Stay up to date with industry developments in corporate training, management consulting, and ESG standards.
- Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies and campaigns.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure the effective delivery of training programs.
- Maintain strong knowledge of training content to explain the value of each program (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, PMP, ESG) to prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities in CRM systems.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience (minimum 1+ years) in B2B sales, ideally within management consulting, corporate training, or related sectors.
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, PMP, or other management development programs; certifications are a plus.
- Strong understanding of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) principles and how they can be integrated into corporate training solutions.
