Responsibilities
- Provide expert legal advice on HR matters, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws.
 - Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
 - Handle legal processes related to the TAMM system.
 - Represent the company in legal proceedings and liaise with relevant authorities when required.
 - Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes to UAE laws and regulations.
 - Advise management on potential legal risks and recommend appropriate actions.
 - Ensure all legal documentation and processes align with local legislation.
 
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience: Minimum of 6 years practicing law in the UAE, with a focus on labor law and corporate matters.
 - Nationality: Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred.
 - License: Valid UAE driving license is required.
 - Additional Skills:
- Proficiency in handling HR-related legal issues and using the TAMM system.
 - In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
 - Strong negotiation and communication skills.
 - Excellent legal drafting and analytical abilities.
