Responsibilities

  • Provide expert legal advice on HR matters, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws.
  • Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Handle legal processes related to the TAMM system.
  • Represent the company in legal proceedings and liaise with relevant authorities when required.
  • Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes to UAE laws and regulations.
  • Advise management on potential legal risks and recommend appropriate actions.
  • Ensure all legal documentation and processes align with local legislation.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience: Minimum of 6 years practicing law in the UAE, with a focus on labor law and corporate matters.
  • Nationality: Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred.
  • License: Valid UAE driving license is required.
  • Additional Skills:
    • Proficiency in handling HR-related legal issues and using the TAMM system.
    • In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
    • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
    • Excellent legal drafting and analytical abilities.
