Key Responsibilities:

  1. Content Creation & Design
  • Develop and design engaging content, including graphics, infographics, short videos, and written copy for use across social media, blog, and website.
  • Ensure content aligns with the brand's tone, voice, and values, delivering a consistent message across all platforms.
  • Write clear and persuasive copy for social media posts, advertisements, and promotional campaigns.
  1. Social Media Management
  • Manage and oversee the companys social media presence across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, etc.).
  • Schedule, post, and monitor content to ensure regular updates and consistency in engagement.
  • Respond to comments, direct messages, and engage with the online community to foster relationships.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure effective engagement.
  1. Campaign Management
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote products, services, or events, using a mix of organic and paid strategies.
  • Collaborate with influencers, partners, or brand ambassadors to boost content reach and engagement.
  • Manage paid social media advertising, ensuring optimal use of budget and targeting to maximize ROI.
  1. Analytics & Reporting
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement, follower growth, reach, impressions, and conversions.
  • Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management, using data to optimize content and campaigns.
  • Adjust strategies based on analytical insights to improve audience engagement and reach.
  1. Brand Strategy & Consistency
  • Ensure all content is aligned with the brands messaging and style guidelines, maintaining consistency across platforms.
  • Develop content calendars to organize and plan social media posts and marketing initiatives in advance.
  • Collaborate with the broader marketing and sales teams to integrate social media activities with broader marketing goals.
  1. SEO & Optimization
  • Implement SEO best practices in content creation to drive traffic to the website.
  • Use hashtags, keywords, and other social media optimization techniques to boost content discoverability.
  1. Event Management & Promotion
  • Plan, organize, and manage company events, such as webinars, conferences, and workshops, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with brand goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement event strategies that engage participants and generate leads.
  • Promote events through compelling content and social media campaigns, increasing visibility and participation.
  • Actively participate in events, building and nurturing relationships with attendees, partners, and influencers to expand company's network and enhance brand reputation.
  • Develop post-event follow-ups, including thank-you emails, feedback surveys, and social media recaps, to maintain engagement and gather insights for future events.

Requirements:

    • Proficient in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Canva.
    • Strong copywriting skills with a focus on creating engaging and brand-aligned content.
    • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
    • Analytical mindset with experience in tracking and interpreting social media analytics.
    • Knowledge of SEO best practices for social media and content marketing.
    • Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented with a strong understanding of current social media trends.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field.
    • Experience in paid social media advertising campaigns.
    • Knowledge of video editing software for creating short videos for social platforms.
