About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Specialist to join our growing team in Dubai. As a key member of the product team, you will play a critical role in driving the development and performance of our online iGaming products, ensuring market relevance and a seamless player experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, marketing, compliance, and customer support to deliver high-quality product features.

  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and innovations within the iGaming space.

  • Monitor product performance metrics and use data to optimize product functionality and user engagement.

  • Assist in creating product roadmaps and aligning them with business objectives.

  • Prepare product documentation, training materials, and assist internal teams with product-related queries.

  • Support QA and testing teams during new feature rollouts and product launches.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in the iGaming industry (Online Casino, Sportsbook, etc.).

  • Strong understanding of player behavior, gaming operations, and digital product management.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable working with product management tools.
