About the job Client Partner IT Sales
Responsibilities:
- Engage and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Act as a business development lead within existing customer accounts. Identify business application solution opportunities and related service opportunities with existing customers.
- Manage current contractual engagements and renewals.
- Act as a strategic partner for customers, providing solutions for pain points and future initiatives.
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer escalations.
- Develop solution proposals covering all aspects of offerings.
- Identify new business partners. Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements to close new deals.
- Lead delivery teams to ensure timely and on-budget project execution.
Requirements:
- Over 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 7 years in client management.
- Proven account management or client partner experience.
- Experience working in complex, non-routine environments.
- Strong sales track record with experience in stakeholder engagement.
- Knowledge of Oracle Applications (Financials, SCM, Services, HCM) and Salesforce Applications is a MUST.
- Experience interacting with C-level executives.
- Willingness to travel.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent.
