Project Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of assigned projects, from initial planning to execution and completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to safety standards.
• Identify and resolve technical issues and project-related challenges.
• Prepare and present project status reports to management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, building codes, and company policies.
• Provide technical support and guidance to the project team.
• Evaluate project performance and recommend improvements for future projects.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in project engineering, preferably in the development or construction industry.
• Education: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, construction methods, and materials.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with UAE construction standards and regulations is preferred.
