Responsibilities
- Analyze supply chain data, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor inventory levels, procurement processes, and supplier performance to ensure efficiency.
- Develop and implement demand forecasting models to optimize stock levels.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and process enhancements within the supply chain.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and operations, to improve supply chain efficiency.
- Use data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to present insights and recommendations.
- Evaluate supplier contracts and relationships to ensure cost-effectiveness and reliability.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Support digital transformation initiatives by implementing AI-driven analytics and automation tools.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain analytics, logistics, or procurement.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), and data analysis tools.
- Experience with forecasting models, inventory management, and process optimization.
- Familiarity with supply chain software and analytical tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to interpret complex data.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with AI and automation in supply chain management is a plus.
