Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Designing job descriptions and recruitment strategies.
  • Interviewing and hiring candidates.

Employee Relations

  • Act as a liaison between employees and management to resolve concerns.
  • Handle grievances and conflict resolution professionally.
  • Promote and sustain a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Training and Development

  • Organize professional development programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Conduct training sessions on company policies, ethics, and workplace conduct.
  • Support career growth initiatives and succession planning.

Compliance and Policy Management

  • Ensure full adherence to labor laws and industry regulations.
  • Regularly update HR policies to reflect current standards and business goals.
  • Maintain secure handling of employee records and sensitive data.

Performance Management

  • Design and implement appraisal systems and feedback mechanisms.
  • Identify performance gaps and recommend targeted improvement plans.
  • Recognize and reward high-performing employees through structured incentives.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Oversee payroll processes and benefits administration.
  • Research and implement competitive compensation and benefits packages.
  • Manage health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in HR management or a similar leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
