Brand Manager

Job specification/Job description:

1 Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase sales and revenue.

2 Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets (monthly, quarterly & annually) in line with company objectives.

3 Prospect, qualify, and acquire new clients.

4 Develop and implement strategic plans to penetrate new markets and expand market share.

5 Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

6 Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.

7 Develop tailored solutions to meet client needs.

8 Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and address any issues.

9 Prepare regular sales and performance reports/presentation for senior management.

10 Provide expert advice on the best use of Sothys products and services.

11 Act as the SOTHYS brand ambassador and manage brand participation in industry events & exhibitions.

12 Oversee account activities and ensure profitability.
