Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of DSAs to achieve monthly sales targets for credit cards.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize performance and market reach.
- Monitor daily activities of DSAs, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Provide regular training and motivation to the team to enhance productivity and customer engagement.
- Analyze market trends, competition, and customer behavior to identify new opportunities.
- Prepare and present reports on team performance, sales progress, and key achievements.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, ensuring high levels of employee satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in credit card sales, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of DSA operations and regulatory guidelines.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Experience in coaching and mentoring sales teams.
