About the job Business Development Executive
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to lead our exports efforts within the Latin American market. This role focuses on driving growth in non-FMCG goods, particularly within the perfume and aerosol categories. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in export sales and a deep understanding of Latin American business practices and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within the Latin American market for perfume and fragrance products
- Drive sales growth in the perfume (with a focus on aerosol) category by developing strategies tailored to Latin American client needs and preferences
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and partners across Latin America
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in the perfume and aerosol space
- Develop and execute export strategies, manage sales pipelines, and meet or exceed sales targets
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth product delivery and compliance with regional standards
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to provide insights for strategic planning
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in exports within the perfume industry, preferably with experience in the aerosol category
- Proven track record of sales success in Latin American markets, with knowledge of regional regulations and market entry strategies
- Excellent networking and negotiation skills with an understanding of B2B sales dynamics in Latin America
- Proficiency in Spanish is highly preferred; familiarity with Portuguese is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to adapt strategies based on market feedback and trends
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with non-FMCG goods and a strong understanding of export logistics in the fragrance industry
- Knowledge of export documentation and regulatory requirements for Latin America
