The PPC Officer will lead the planning, execution, and management of search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns to drive website traffic and revenue growth. This role involves close collaboration with Digital Acquisition teams, SEO specialists, paid media teams, and other cross-functional units to align SEM strategies with overarching business objectives. The PPC Officer will be instrumental in implementing best practices, optimizing bidding strategies, and consistently enhancing performance to maximize revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage paid search campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google, Bing, Yandex, Naver, Yahoo Japan, Baidu, 360, and Sogou.
  • Collaborate with digital campaign managers to ensure that all search campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Work closely with the in-house Digital Acquisition team, external vendors, and agencies to ensure a customer-centric approach to digital marketing, enhancing relevance across all digital touchpoints.
  • Aggregate, analyze, and report on cross-platform digital marketing activities to inform campaign optimizations.
  • Monitor SEM performance using tools like Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics, deriving actionable insights from data.
  • Track and manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring efficient spend and making adjustments when necessary.
  • Support the execution of a defined testing plan to generate insights and optimize PPC campaigns with a focus on maximizing revenue and reducing costs.
  • Contribute to data-driven marketing projects, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors using tools such as Google BigQuery.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and innovations in digital marketing to support commercial objectives.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in PPC, preferably in a relevant industry.
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing PPC budgets exceeding $1M annually.
  • Certifications in SA360, Google Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of SQL and Javascript to support web/app implementation teams with PPC requirements.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with tools like DataStudio or Power BI.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into strategic recommendations.
  • Bonus proficiencies: Knowledge of Python, experience with DV360, and Adobe Audience Manager.
