We are looking for a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer with a Dubai Municipality (DM) approved license for G+12 buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage construction projects for G+12 buildings.
  • Ensure compliance with DM regulations and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with Project Manager, architects and contractors.
  • Prepare and review project designs, plans, and specifications.
  • Conduct site inspections and provide technical advice.

Requirements:

  • Valid DM approved license for G+12 buildings.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
  • Proficiency in relevant engineering software.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Only candidates with a Dubai Municipality (DM) approved license for G+12 buildings should apply.
