About the job Recruitment Specialist
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Recruiter to join our HR team. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to coordinating with hiring managers and ensuring a seamless hiring experience. This role will report directly to the HR Manager and will be crucial in helping us attract and retain top talent to support our company's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Process Management:
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to meet hiring needs across various departments.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Candidate Sourcing & Engagement:
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify potential candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Interview Coordination:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Prepare interview questions and assessment criteria in collaboration with department heads.
- Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback and communication.
- Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and employment agreements.
- Collaboration & Reporting:
- Work closely with the HR Manager to understand hiring needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and metrics.
- Compliance & Best Practices:
- Ensure all recruitment practices comply with UAE labor laws and company policies.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the real estate or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and UAE labor laws.
- Proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple recruitment tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
